As a Brambles employee, everything you do helps us grow. So it’s only fair you should have the opportunity to share in our success as a company. The MyShare employee share plan is one of the ways
that Brambles rewards you.

There are risks in investing in shares so please read this important disclaimer.

It's easy to get started

Brambles rewards you by matching the number of Brambles shares that you have purchased through the MyShare plan. The shares that you purchase through MyShare are called Acquired Shares. The shares that Brambles rewards you with are called Matching Shares.

To participate in MyShare, decide on the total amount that you would like to contribute to MyShare over the next 12 months. You can contribute between AUD 100 and AUD 6000 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Sit back and relax

The 12 month period following the commencement of a MyShare plan is called the Contribution Period. At each pay cycle during this period, a pro rata of your chosen contribution amount will be automatically deducted from your post-tax salary. MyShare uses the money to buy Brambles shares on your behalf in the following month.

The 12 months after the final share purchase of a MyShare plan is called the Holding Period.

Be rewarded

If you hold onto your Acquired Shares and remain employed within the Brambles Group over the full two-years spanned by their Contribution and Holding Periods, you will receive a once-off reward of an equivalent number of Matching Shares - effectively doubling your Brambles shares at no extra cost!

Key dates for MyShare 2025

  • You must enroll between 2 December 2024 and 10 January 2025
  • Payroll deductions start in February 2025
  • The first Brambles share purchase is in March 2025

If you are a current MyShare participant, you will be automatically enrolled into the 2025 MyShare plan at your current contribution amount. You can also modify your contribution amount or opt out during the enrolment period.

MR MYSHARE’S 2021 MYSHARE PLAN

Mr MyShare signs up...

On 6 January 2021, Mr MyShare signed up to the MyShare program. He decided to contribute AUD 60 each month for 12 months, starting in February 2021. In March, the MyShare program used Mr MyShare’s February AUD 60 contribution to purchase 5 Brambles shares at the market price*.

Shares were bought for Mr MyShare in this manner during the following 11 months.

*Depending on the amount you wish to contribute, the amount of shares you acquire will vary.

Mr MyShare sits back and relaxes…

Over the 12-month period from February 2021 to January 2022, Mr MyShare contributed a total of AUD 720 to his 2021 MyShare plan, which was used to purchase 67 Brambles shares.

Mr MyShare gets rewarded…

For the 12 months following the final share purchase, Mr MyShare:


  • continued to be employed within the Brambles Group, and
  • held onto his 67 Acquired Shares.

As a result, Brambles rewarded Mr MyShare with 67 Matching Shares.

He then owned a total of 134 Brambles shares.

There were fewer shares just because the Brambles share price had gone up!”
